Privacy Policy

Packio is a private packing and trip-planning app. This Privacy Policy explains what information Packio handles when you use the app, the choices you have, and how to contact us.

1. Information you choose to provide

Packio may store the trip names, destinations, dates, packing items, bag references, photos, and voice notes that you choose to create or import. These materials are used to provide the app’s packing-list, bag-capture, voice-note, and Pack Check features.

2. Local storage and guest access

Packio supports quick guest access without requiring an email address, phone number, Apple account, Google account, or social account. Trip data and the guest session are designed to remain on your device in the prototype. Deleting the guest account removes the local data managed by the app.

4. Purchases

Packio’s optional Tags are consumable in-app purchases processed by Apple’s App Store infrastructure. Packio does not collect your payment card number or other payment credentials. The App Store may handle purchase and transaction information under Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policy.

5. Sharing and third parties

Packio does not provide public profiles, public trip pages, community feeds, or social sharing. The app does not sell personal information. If a future feature changes how data is shared, this policy will be updated before that feature is introduced.

Packio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your choices

You can decline optional permissions, remove local trip content, log out, or delete the guest account from Settings. You can also contact support with privacy questions.
