User Agreement

These User Agreement terms govern your use of Packio, a private travel planning and packing application. By continuing into the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Packio provides tools for creating trips, maintaining packing lists, capturing or importing bag references, recording notes, and running optional Pack Check experiences. Packio is a planning aid and does not guarantee that any item, document, or travel requirement has been identified.

2. Guest access

You may use Packio through a device-based guest session. You are responsible for keeping access to your device secure and for confirming that local trip content is backed up if you need it outside the device.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the trip content, photos, and notes that you provide. You grant Packio only the limited permission needed to store and display that content in the app and to perform features you request. Do not provide content you do not have the right to use.

4. Tags and in-app purchases

Tags are consumable digital items used for optional Packio features. Purchases are completed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies. Tags have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not a substitute for travel documents or professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

6. Availability and changes

Packio may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may update these terms when needed and will publish the updated date above.

7. Disclaimer

Packio is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete for every travel situation.
