Purchases

Tags are consumable App Store purchases. If a purchase is pending or does not appear, check your App Store account and contact Apple Support for billing or refund questions.

Permissions

You can manage camera, photo library, and microphone access in iPhone Settings. Packio only requests each permission when you choose the related feature.

Account deletion

Open Packio Settings and choose Delete Account to remove the local guest session, trips, and Tags balance from the device.
